Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

4. Deposits, Payments and Withdrawals

711plus accepts various payment methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM10 while the minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM50. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto payment methods which use the current market exchange rate.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is confirmed by our finance team. In certain cases involving security checks or additional verification, this process may take longer.

• Deposited funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method or one approved by the 711plus team.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
